For situations where resolution isn’t possible, we offer a full refund for products returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note, a 30% restocking fee will apply to items that have been used.
Shipping charges from the original order and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the exceptional quality of our products and services.

Warrantee
Twiggo extends a limited six-month warranty on our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product or component found to be defective within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear expected over the product’s lifespan.
