TwigGo (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on www.twiggo.co.za, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you ordered.
- Enquiries: what you send us through our contact and partner forms, email or WhatsApp.
- Newsletter: your email address and name, if you choose to join our mailing list.
- Technical data: basic information such as your browser and the pages you visit, and cookies that keep the shop working (for example your cart).
We do not see or store your card details. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order and send order updates.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To send our newsletter, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the shop: PayFast (and Payflex or PayJustNow where offered) for payments, The Courier Guy for delivery, and our website, email and newsletter providers. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purpose you gave it.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the shop to work, such as keeping items in your cart. Some embedded content, such as Google reviews, may set its own cookies. If you click Accept on our cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies that tell us (in anonymous, aggregated form) how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us. If you click Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the shop may stop working.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you may object to marketing at any time. Email sales@twiggo.co.za and we will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure (https) connections and limiting who can access it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
