These terms apply to purchases made on www.twiggo.co.za. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Products and prices

We sell portable wood-burning sauna tents, sauna packages, accessories, an ice bath and the TwigGo Sauna App. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). We try to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate. Products may vary slightly from the images shown. If we find a pricing or listing error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Ordering and payment

An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment, and is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. Payments are processed by PayFast (and Payflex or PayJustNow where offered). We do not store your card details.

Safe use of sauna products

Our sauna stoves burn wood and get very hot. Always follow the instructions supplied with your product. Use the stove only in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable material, on a stable and fire-safe surface, and never leave a lit stove unattended. Keep children and pets away. Use the heat-resistant glove when handling hot parts. Sauna and cold-water use may not suit everyone. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure, speak to your doctor first. The information in our app and on this website is general guidance and is not medical advice.

Our responsibility

Our products come with the rights the Consumer Protection Act gives you, including that goods must be of good quality and fit for their purpose. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by misuse of a product or by not following its instructions.

The content on this website, including photos, text and logos, belongs to TwigGo or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without our written consent.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them from time to time, and the version on the website when you order applies to your order.
