Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa.

Cost

Delivery is free on any order that includes one of our sauna packages. For all other orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout and depends on your address and the size of the parcel.

How long it takes

Please allow 10 to 14 working days from the day your order is confirmed. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times can be affected by courier delays or very busy periods, and we will let you know if your order is delayed.

Courier and tracking

Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been collected.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, and that someone can receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no one being available, we may need to charge to re-send it.

On arrival

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with your order number and photos, at sales@twiggo.co.za. See our Returns Policy.
